Sikkim defeated Arunachal by 6 runs to lift the 1st NCA NE U-25 T20 CUP at Nagaland Cricket Stadium, Sovima. Sikkim winning the toss elected to bat but lost wickets at regular intervals and managed to score 102 runs in 19.3 overs, with Hitesh and Niraj 3 wickets each for Arunachal. Padam limbo a lower order batsman scored 33 runs for Sikkim. Arunachal also started their innings in a disastrous way by loosing 3 wickets in the second over in which Tashi Balla took a hat-trick. The tournament was hosted by the Nagaland Cricket Association and sponsored by Brosid Sports.
