Second Edition of Northeast India Fashion Week at Itanagar

The 2nd Edition Northeast India Fashion Week will take place at Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh from August 19-21 August.
It is a celebration of beauty, great artistry, handloom and talents of our Northeast India. The ARL (Affluent Ray of Light) took the initiative of hosting this Northeast India Fashion Week since 2015 April.
Designer Yana Ngoba is the COO (Chief Operating Officer) she is one of the 1st Northeastern Tribal Jewellery designer under her label (yana in Style) debuting her collection at London Fashion Week 2015 which got praises and appreciation from the worldwide International Markets and Buyers.
The Brand Ambassador of NEIFW (Northeast India Fashion Week ) is none other than our Hollywood & Bollywood Actor Adil Hussain from Assam on the opening day he shall be seen as the Showstopper.
From Nagaland Supermodel Opang Jamir is said to be the showstopper on the first day closing for Designer Nana Gona, Opang Jamir is also the Show-director and Joint Chief Operating Officer of Northeast India Fashion Week.
Also Tine Mena our Northeastern First woman to conquer the mount Everest and Koombang the storm Bollywood Actor & Action Director will also be Showstopper on the 20th and 21st August respectively.
Northeast India Fashion week is a platform for the Weavers and Designer particularly which will define more of our NorthEast great loin handloom weaving which is known as the oldest weaving in the world.
On the 3 days of Fashion Week there shall be stalls open for the weavers and designer. There are designers participating from Nagaland Ongitong Kichu, Gloria Ovung also from other states of our Northeast.
