SDSSU appeals to cancel appointments

Dimapur, March 17 (EMN):East Dimapur Sumi Students' Union (EDSSU) has reminded the Land Record and Survey Department (LR&SD) to immediately cancel the appointment of 4 Land Record Survey Officer and 8 Survey Grade-I who were appointed between 2012-2016. In a press release, EDSSU president Kanato S Awomi, basing on 2nd RTI reply, alleged that one over age person was appointed as LRSO. EDSSU has urged the department to act immediately as demanded failing which it said the union would launch its second phase of agitation.
