DIMAPUR — The sub-divisional officer Kohima Sadar and nodal officer of postal ballot informed that Form 12-A for issuing election duty certificate for all personnel drafted for election duty under Western Angami, Kohima town, Northern Angami-I, Northern Angami-II, Southern Angami-I, and Southern Angami-II assembly segment to the Nagaland Parliamentary Constituency has been made available at Postal Ballot Cell/ Revenue Branch on the third floor of DC’s office in Kohima from March 27.
All concerned personnel are asked to fill Form 12-A and submit the same along with a copy of election duty detailment/ requisition order and EPIC latest by April 5.
The personnel drafted for election duty included sector magistrates, sector commanders, micro observers, staff of various cells managing the election, drivers and cleaners etc.
It further informed that Form 12-A for polling personnel such as presiding officers, polling officers and Grade IV staff would be issued at the training venue.
