DIMAPUR — The National Service Scheme (NSS) unit of Sazolie College represented Nagaland at the North East NSS Festival, held from August 5 to the 9th at the Tourist Cultural Complex, Berawtlang, Aizawl.
Thirty-two students and two programme officers took part in the event, which featured resource persons from across Mizoram and other states, stated a press release.
The inaugural session was attended by Lalnghinglova Hmar, Minister of Sports and Youth Services, Government of Mizoram.
It was mentioned that the NSS volunteers of Sazolie College presented an Ao Naga dance in the inaugural session, and throughout the festival, the team participated in various activities and cultural exchange programmes, showcasing Nagaland’s heritage.
