Dimapur, Sep 1 (EMN): The Alumni Association SASRD (AASASRD) has constructed a guest house for Alma Mater, SASRD, Nagaland University, Medziphema campus.
The press release informed that the building was construction with the donations and contributions from its members.
The building was officially handed over to the university on August 31 by president of AASASRD, Joint Director of Agriculture department, N Jacob Yanthan, to the NU Registrar, Prof. M. K. Sinha, in the presence NU Vice Chancellor Prof. P Lal; Pro Vice Chancellor of SASRD, Prof. Lanusosang; senior faculty members and AASASRD members at SASRD Conference Hall.
The release also mentioned that AASASRD is a close knit community with members spanning from the late ‘70s and celebrate SASRD foundation day hosted by different batches every year in October.
