RÜSOMA — The fourth edition of the two-day Rüsoma Orange Festival, themed ‘Organic Orange,’ concluded on Thursday evening at Rüsoma local ground, with Vikuolie Keyientsu of stall number eight winning the award for ‘Biggest Quality Orange Stall’.

Vakhriezo Zhale of stall number two was named “Best Orange Stall” and was also recognised for cultivating the “Heaviest Orange” weighing 245 gm, while Rüvuosielie Theünuo of stall number 24 was awarded for producing “Sweetest Orange”.

The best stall and the stall with the highest quantity received cash prizes of INR 3,000 each, while the producers of the sweetest and heaviest oranges received INR 1,000 each.

The event, which celebrated Rüsoma’s agricultural heritage while also promoting the local orange industry, brought together farmers, entrepreneurs, and community members to showcase a wide range of orange products, such as fresh produce, juices, jams, and other value-added items.
