DIMAPUR — The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) Manipur unit has expressed concern over the ongoing violence and appealed for peace and normalcy for all stakeholders.
In a statement, Dr. Th Naranbabu Singh, Sanghchalak of RSS Manipur Pranta, condemned the escalating violence distressing the state on a daily basis and denounced the inhumane acts and brutal murder of innocent individuals, including farmers.
While appealing to both sides to end violence immediately, Singh stated that culprits should be booked under the law and given befitting punishment. He urged the central and state governments to take prompt action to restore peace in Manipur.
The RSS leader also appealed to civil society groups, intellectuals and students to initiate peaceful dialogue with all parties involved to bring back normalcy in the state.
