DIMAPUR — The Royal Club Kohima (RCK) observed its 37th raising day on November 1 at Ruliezou in Kohima with Thejao Vihienuo, president of Angami Public Organisation (APO), as one of the main speakers.
Addressing the club members, Vihienuo dwelled on the genesis of the club history vis-a-vis the legacy of the club activities including conducting the prestigious Royal Gold Cup, an AIFF affiliated tournament.
He stated that the founding members were driven by a desire and the common purpose gave birth to the club adding that the purpose was neither financial benefit nor status but to impact the society.
