Dimapur, July 7 (EMN): Rotary Club of Dimapur, Inner Wheel Club, and National Highway and Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd. (NHIDCL) have jointly organised a mega voluntary blood donation camp at Durga Mandir hall on July 7. The blood donation camp was organised with the support from District Hospital Blood Bank, Dimapur.
Chairpersons of the project, Sumit Patni from Rotary Club and Manisha Jain from Inner Wheel Club, have thanked all the blood donors from Dimapur city for their noble cause. President of Rotary Club, Ashok Agarwal, and Pinky Agarwal from Inner Wheel have also applauded the donors for their contribution to save a life by donating blood.
The camp was spearheaded by Dr. Temsu and his team of technicians from DHD Blood Bank. Dr. Temsu has appreciated the good work done by Rotary Club and Inner Wheel Club for organising the voluntary blood donation camp. He also appreciated the efforts of Sumit Patni and Rotary secretary Avijit Choudhury and all the other members of both the clubs.
Rotary Club chairman of public relations, Sanjay Sethi, stated that enthusiastic women in large number turn-up for the blood donation camp. Altogether, 70 have voluntarily donated blood during the camp.
