The Rongmei Baptist Church Association Nagaland holds its Children Fest 2025 in New Jalukie with over 450 participants.

DIMAPUR — The Christian Education Department of the Rongmei Baptist Church Association Nagaland (RBCAN) concluded the Children Fest 2025 at Elohim Rongmei Baptist Church, New Jalukie, Peren, on Thursday.
The three-day event, held on the theme “World changers” (Matthew 5:14), brought together more than 450 students, staff, and well-wishers from various churches under the association.
The fest commenced on December 16 with a flag-hoisting ceremony conducted by Rev. Mathiuthai Gonmei, executive secretary, who also delivered the message at the inaugural programme. He encouraged children to grow in faith, discipline, and Christian values.
The evening programme was attended by Bamile Pame as the guest artiste, while the contemporary worship night featured a message delivered by Giluanang Pamei, pastor of RBC Jalukie town.

On the second day, Kelesha Kent, Christian Education director of RBCBC Dimapur, encouraged the gathering during the devotion hour. A choral competition was also held.
In the competition, the Christian Education Department of Elohim Rongmei Baptist Church secured the first position, while the Christian Education departments of RBC Samziuram and RBC Kohima were declared second and third, respectively. The best choir conductor award was given to Jaojiangailiu Gonmei of the Christian Education Department, RBC Samziuram.
The evening witnessed a worship and talent night with Gaimunrei Gonmei, pastor of RBC Mhainamtsi, as the speaker. He exhorted the children to use their talents for God’s glory through dedication and discipline.
On the final day, Ganchuimei Gonmei, women secretary of RBCAN, encouraged the gathering through the Word of God during the devotion. The closing programme was led by Aguipou Kamei, vice president of RBCAN, as the speaker. The programme included a performance by guest artiste Mayori Phinao.
The fest formally concluded with the de-hoisting of the flag by the speaker.
