Road accident at Thilixu claims two lives

Dimapur, Dec. 13 (EMN): Two people reportedly lost their lives in a road accident that occurred in the evening of Dec. 13 at Thilixu area in Dimapur, Nagaland.

According to the police, the fatal accident occurred at around 3:30 pm at Thilixu (near 3rd Mile junction). Police and other witnesses said that a vehicle (Maruti Van) collided with a bicycle carrying the two victims. The two riders, unfortunately, passed away in the hospital. 

The police informed that the vehicle driver is in the custody of Diphupar police station. More details are awaited.
