Rhutso inaugurates Evok Furniture store in Kohima

KOHIMA — MLA Dr. Tseilhoutuo Rhutso emphasised on Monday the importance of recognising progress, whether stemming from private investments or government development initiatives, within the state capital.

He made these remarks at the inauguration of the Evok Furniture store at Tinpati (Census Junction) in Kohima.

Expressing his delight at inaugurating the outlet in the state capital, he regarded it as a significant indicator of progress for the city.

In light of Kohima Smart City Development Ltd.‘s recent award in the Zonal Smart City category for the Northeast Zone at the India Smart Cities Awards 2022, Rhutso stressed the need for the capital city to continuously improve its municipal infrastructure, offering improved citizen services and sustainable urban facilities.

The MLA also expressed hope for the emergence of more similar establishments in the city in the near future.

As part of its inaugural offer, the new furniture outlet provides a 15% discount on various products until April 4 within the store.

Hindware Home Innovation Ltd., the parent company of Evok Furniture, operates in the consumer appliance, home retail, furniture, and kitchen fittings segments.
