Our Correspondent Kohima, April 15 (EMN): 88-year-old Rev. L Suohie Mhasi, a former member of Nagaland Legislative Assembly from Northern Angami II Assembly Constituency passed away at Oking Hospital around 11:00 am on Wednesday in Kohima.
Sources from Oking Hospital and family members informed Eastern Mirror that Mhasi was admitted to the hospital on Saturday night, and breathed his last on Wednesday morning due to old-age related case and chest infections.
Born on June 15 1921, and from Rüsoma village, the reverend is survived by three daughters with one son, 23 grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.

1980 - Served as BRC for several years and several years with ACRCC and served as pastor of Rüsoma CRC for several years
