Kohima, April 14 (EMN): Distribution of ration will continue at relief distribution centre, Kohima local ground, following the extension of nationwide lockdown till May 3, informed EAC Kevingoto Kulna.
Kulna has informed that the district administration is launching the second phase distribution of relief goods to various sub-divisions and wards. Stating that additional stocks have been given to some sub-divisions earlier, he said the administration would dispatch more if required in the coming days.
He stated that there are people who have come for the first time to receive relief ration. He added that they were giving to those coming for the second time too.
It was reported that even during Good Friday and Easter Sunday, they gave out ration to those who were really in need though they did not entertain large crowd.
