Dimapur, Nov. 26 (EMN): Governor RN Ravi and Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio have greeted the Rengma community on the occasion of Ngada festival. In a message issued on Tuesday, Ravi hoped that “the festival of thanksgiving for a successful harvest” will foster the spirit of oneness and brotherhood among all communities in Nagaland. He wished the community prosperity in all spheres of life; and prayed for peace, happiness and all round prosperity. Rio took to Twitter to extend his wish. “Greetings to the Rengma community on the happy occasion of Ngada. May the celebration foster peace, unity, be a reminder of the rich cultural heritage, rekindle good traditions and values of our forefathers,” he wrote.
