Ranbir abruptly ended a press conference when asked about Katrina
EVEN though actors usually try and keep their personal lives away from the public domain, news about their private affairs often find their way to the media. While some have no qualms about explaining, there a few who prefer to maintain a stoic silence. A similar incident happened with Ranbir Kapoor.
Recently, the actor attended an event to launch the cover of producer Ronnie Screwvala’s upcoming book. But soon after doing the needful, he made an abrupt exit when the journalists present at the event started enquiring him about his alleged girlfriend Katrina Kaif.
Rumours have been abuzz that Ranbir and Katrina have secretly tied the knot. When he was asked to confirm, the actor said, “I am not that type of a person who will say that I should get married just because I am 32 years old. I am very happy with my life. The day my partner and I feel that we want to get married, we certainly will. It’s a natural and organic process.”
However, things took a not-so-pleasant turn when he was told about the rumour suggesting that Katrina is part of a chat group with his family on a mobile app.
Not very amused with the question, Ranbir completely ignored the query, making a quick exit, just saying, and “Thank you”.
