Dimapur, Jan. 9 (EMN): Ram Gopal Varma (RGV) has launched a criminal complaint against the teachers and administration of Jubilee Hills Public School (JHP), Hyderabad, for subjecting children to listen to item songs at ear-splitting decibels on January 8.
Controversial Filmmaker RGV took to Twitter on Sunday to talk about a farewell function held at the Jubilee Hills Public School in Film Nagar, Hyderabad. He alleged that the teachers and administration of the school subjected the students to listen to item songs at ear-splitting decibels, which was also a torture for the residents around the school.
Tagging the Hyderabad police, Ram Gopal Varma complained about the school “sexy item songs” to children at night.
“I am launching a criminal complaint on teachers and administration officials of Jubilee Hills public school for subjecting children to hear sexy item songs at ear-splitting decibels which also tortured surrounding residents of the school @KTRoffice @CpHydCity @HydCityPolice,” he added.
The Hyderabad City Police quickly responded to the director and assured to take necessary action.
“Sir, it was shared with our @shojubileehills team, for the necessary action,” tweeted the police. Now, SHO JUBILEE HILLS are investigating the incident, they wrote adding, “Sir, we look into it.”
Ram Gopal Varma thanked the police officials and assured them to provide more videos as proof of the incident. “Thank you very much 🙏Happy to hear that 👍 And if the schools teachers and officials deny that, I have more videos as evidence,” he tweeted.
Ram Gopal Varma, who is known for his path-breaking thrillers, had been hitting the headlines for his sleazy short movies and web series in recent years. Not many are happy with his recent works. In fact, some of his followers claimed that his recent ventures were affecting the young minds.
One of his followers (TrulyIndian @Truly_Indian79) replied, “Hypocrites like u & ur kind makes some dirtiest movies & advertise it on streets affecting the youngsters, but have problem when a relatively normal song (compared to ur tanah tanah song) is played & kids having fun with their friends. Just jealous that ur songs are not played?”
Another one (Roydin Roach @RoydinR) wrote, ‘Thanks to the Jubilee Hills Public School for having such a wonderful event where the kids really enjoyed themselves. I think parents need to show this guy his right place; such people in society for self agenda need to be shown their place……….’
