Rajya Puraskar award for Scouts and Guides

Kohima, June 22 (EMN): Nagaland State Bharat Scout and Guides (NSBS&G) will be organising a gratitude function for Nagaland Governor PB Acharya and award ceremony for Rajya Puraskar Scouts and Guides 2019 on June 25 at 11 am at the conference hall of Life Members’ Building, Bayavu Hill, Kohima. Acharya has been the chief patron of NSBSG since he took over as the Governor of Nagaland on September 24, 2014. A Scout/ Guide reaches the level of a Rajya Puraskar or also called Governor’s Scout/ Guide after undergoing level of examinations in five different stages. Acharya would give away the certificate to the awardees. Citations along with cash award would also be given to the units which have produced Governor awardees this year. This was stated in a release issued by Vimezhonuo Tetso, State Organising Commissioner (Guide).
