Dimapur, Sep. 17 (EMN): The monthly meeting for Pughoboto Sub-Divisional Planning and Development Board (SDPDB) was held under the chairmanship of the board’s vice chairman Thungchanbemo Tungoe at the DB Court in the additional deputy commissioner’s office on Thursday.
According to a DIPR update, the house decided to collect a yearly membership fee of INR 2000 (minimum) for the officers club (badminton players) for the maintenance of indoor stadium and others.
The board also decided that power point presentation of departmental activities every month by two departments will continue. In this regard, PWD and Medical department have been assigned to present their activities in the next meeting.
The member also resolved to conduct inter-departmental badminton tournament in November and collect INR 1000 each from regular players annually for the maintenance of electricity bill, buying of accessories among others.
The vice chairman also informed all the members that strict attendance will be maintained from the next meeting.
