PUBG: New State is coming to iOS and Android on November 11
Dimapur, Oct. 22 (EMN): South Korean games publisher Krafton on Friday announced that its highly anticipated mobile free-to-play battle-royale game, PUBG: New State, will release on iOS and Android platforms on November 11.
Set in the year 2051, PUBG: New State is a futuristic take on the original PUBG Mobile series and the company claims that the game is poised to deliver the next-generation battle royale experience to mobile devices with enhanced graphics, gameplay and combat mechanics.
Some of the features that will come in PUBG: New State include customisable guns, new vehicles, and flying gadgets. The company has also promised regular updates to keep refreshing content for the game.

Krafton has confirmed that PUBG: New State will be available in over 200 countries and 17 languages at launch.
There will be a test run of PUBG: New State next week on 28 countries including Bahrain, Cambodia, Egypt, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Iraq, Japan, Jordan, Korea, Kuwait, Laos, Lebanon, Macao, Malaysia, Maldives, Myanmar, Nepal, Oman, Philippines, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, the UAE, and Yemen.
It may be mentioned that the game has received more than 50 million pre-registrations on Android and iOS after pre-registration went live in India in September.
In a bid to limit cheats on PUBG: New State, the developer has confirmed that “strong anti-cheat” measures will be deployed at launch. The game will automatically detect hacks, unauthorised programs, emulators and peripherals to counter hackers, the company said.
At launch, the game will offer players up to four maps including a new Troi map and the fan-favourite Erangel map. The company has claimed that PUBG: New State will deliver gunplay on par with its PC counterpart, however, we will have to wait until the launch to find out if it is true.
