Kohima, March 24 (EMN): Proprietor of Nagaland’s oldest printing press, Kehozakhwe Khieya, passed away after a brief illness in Guwahati on Wednesday. He was 60.
Khieya was running Kohima Printing Press, which was established in 1962.
His mortal remains were laid to rest at his native village Jakhama on Wednesday. Bise Sophie led the funeral service and Rev. Zapovil Sophie administered the last rites.
Advisor for Technical Education and Election, Medo Yhokha; former MLA Medokul Sophie; former candidate of 14th Southern Angami-1 from NPF, Kikovi Kirha, SP Kohima Kevithuto Sophie , and leaders from the village like former minister Mavil Khieya, attended the funeral among others.
