With reference to the above cited subject, I am submitting the following few lines before you for kind consideration and necessary action.
That having a party less or non-opposition party government in the State under your leadership, it will be an opportune time to introduce a proposal by setting up candidate in the Municipal and Town Councils election through selection.
That the NPF led DAN - BJP government would appreciate if a policy is formulated before the election is officially announced that, there will be no election but selection of candidate in the ensuring Municipal and Town Councils election.
That with only about a year left to have the State General Election, holding Municipal and Town Councils election to contest at this juncture, will incur huge expenditures and hamper the developmental activities.
That lastly, the selection not Election in the Municipal in the Municipal and Town Councils election will ensure Transparency, Accountability and Corruption-free government in the State.
