Pranab College in Dimapur signs an agreement with the National Institute of Securities Markets for student development.

DIMAPUR — The Department of Commerce at Pranab College, Dimapur, has signed a letter of understanding (LoU) with the National Institute of Securities Markets.
According to an update, the agreement establishes a collaborative framework to promote financial market education, professional development, industry exposure, and career opportunities for students.
Under the agreement, students of Pranab College will receive support and opportunities to appear for certification examinations conducted by the institute. The initiative is intended to enable students to enhance their professional competencies in the securities and financial services sector through specialised certifications.
The collaboration will also provide opportunities for faculty development programmes, enabling teachers to strengthen their instructional capabilities and understanding of securities markets.
Additionally, students will be provided opportunities to undertake study tours to the National Institute of Securities Markets, offering practical exposure to the financial market ecosystem.
The partnership further aims to create avenues for student placements and career pathways in securities markets, financial services, and allied sectors through professional networks connected with the institute.
