Power shutdown in Chakhabama and Chozuba area

Dimapur, Aug. 20 (EMN): The department of Power has informed that there will be total shutdown of power supply in Chakhabama and Chozuba area from August 21 to the 24th from 8 am to 3 pm.

The power shutdown has been initiated due to stringing work of 400 kV D/C transmission line from Imphal to New Mariani via New Kohima near Phesama village by Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd., according to the Power department. All the affected areas have been requested to extend co-operation and bear the inconvenience.
