Pond’s Eclectic Model Hunt 2014 Grand Finale on December 30 at Guwahati

[dropcap]T[/dropcap]he season 7 of Northeast’s biggest fashion extravaganza ‘Pond’s Eclectic Model Hunt’ is all set for the grand finale at Guwahati after various preliminary rounds that started from November with auditions at places like Gangtok, Dimapur, Jorhat, Guwahati and Shillong. The perfect combination of glamour, fashion, beauty and talent, the event is mainly focused on providing the much needed platform to all the young and charismatic aspiring female models from the region. Eclectic Group’s signature event is not any run of the mill beauty contest.
The contest is organized over three different stages of auditions by various groups, grooming sessions by industry experts and the grand finale. From more than hundreds of contestants who appeared for the auditions 35 were selected for the 14 day grooming session in Guwahati.
During the grooming sessions contestants were trained on different aspects of modeling such as, communications, walk, choreography and other soft skills development. On the basis of initial performances 19 contestants were selected to compete at the grand finale which is going to be held on December 30 at Pragjyoti ITA Machkhoa. The grand event will be graced by celebrity judges as well as cultural performances by popular and talented artists of the region.
In a Press Conference organized today at Hotel Siroy Classic, Paltan Bazar, Tanushree Hazarika, MD, Eclectic Publications Pvt. Ltd. along with Soft Skill Trainer and Psychologist Loya Agarwala and Groomer Meenu Paul emphasized on the importance of such platform for the young, talented and aspiring models from Northeast. All the top 19 contestants who will compete on the grand finale were introduced to the media today.
The event is managed by Tattva Creations, part of Eclectic Group and one of the premier event management company based in Guwahati.
