DIMAPUR — Pinnacle Skills recently concluded certification programmes for its first batches of electrician and plumbing trainees in Wokha, Jalukie and Mon districts.
Sponsored by the Nagaland Skill & Entrepreneurship Development Mission (NESDM), the initiative aims to bridge the local skill gap and foster self-employment, an update stated.
In Wokha, ADC Renbomo Ezung lauded the graduates, emphasising the rising demand for technical expertise.
In Jalukie, trainees demonstrated their proficiency by completing the electrical and plumbing works for the Pungchi village new council hall.

During the ceremony, Jalukie Town Councillor Menailui advised the youth to remain disciplined, avoid intoxicants, and put God at the centre of their professional journeys.
In Mon, APMC Chairman SK Salim challenged the youth to become societal role models through hard work.
Project Manager Tiamoa Tzudir of Pinnacle Skills reaffirmed the organisation’s commitment to vocational empowerment, while trainees shared how the hands-on experience has equipped them for industrial roles and entrepreneurship.
