Phek issues revised guidelines for returnees

Kohima, Sep. 13 (EMN): The Phek district administration on September 12 issued a revised standard operating procedure (SOP) for returnees and travellers entering the district. The revised SOP was issued in pursuance to the Home department’s notification issued on September 9.

According to the revised SOP, all the returnees should inform the district task force and obtain permission for entry into the state through various points as notified in the latest SOP. The returnees, apart from submitting the declaration undertaking for home quarantine (if opted) and registering in the Covid app etc., are to follow the guidelines with immediate effect.

It has informed all the returnees to obtain permission from the liaison officer Rotinlo Kent, Phek DSCO, by contacting on phone nos. +919862008018 and 8787881842 or through email phekdc@gmail.com or through Whatsapp with Imliakum Sanglir, EAC (HQ) Phek, on phone no. +91 9615174390.

Further, it stated that home quarantine is only for Phek headquarters, Pfutsero town and Chozuba town where testing facilities are available and not the entire sub-division.
