Dimapur, August 10 (EMN): Phek District Planning and Development Board (DPDB) has constituted a Verification Committee for LADP 2017-18 during its monthly meeting held on August 10 at the DPDB hall, Phek, under the chairmanship of the Deputy Commissioner and vice chairman of DPDB, Kovi Meyase.
The house deliberated on financial assistance in respect of ongoing construction of standard ground in Pfutseromi village, registration of society of Chakhesang Mission Higher Secondary School, Pfutsero, financial assistance for the Science Block of Phek Government College, Phek, and creation and upgradation of administrative headquarters of Phokhungri, Khezhakeno and Chetheba. Subsequently, the house recommended the proposal and forwarded the same to the concerned department for approval.
It was decided the Excise and Co-operative departments will present their respective departmental activities in the next meeting.
Newly posted officers were introduced to the house.
