Dimapur, Oct. 31 (EMN): The Primary Health Centre Chukitong under Wokha district organised a cleanliness drive in collaboration with Chukitong Town Students’ Union on Oct. 28.
The volunteers filled up potholes and cleared weeds along the stretch of NH-2 (erstwhile NH-61) to PHC and also cleaned the surroundings of the hospital.
Altogether around 32 PHC staffs and around 75 students participated in the cleanliness drive.
The PHC staffs Chukitong and Chukitong Town Students’ Union thanked Deputy Commandant M N Khama of 28th Assam Rifles, COB Chukitong for providing refreshment to volunteers during the social work.
