Dimapur, May 25 (EMN): Mon unit of the Progressive Democratic Alliance (PDA) has congratulated Tokheho Yepthomi for his victory in the Lok Sabha election for the second consecutive time and Sharingain Longkumer for his victory in the by-election from 26 Aonglenden AC.
President of Mon unit NDPP, S Khoiwang Wangsa, and the president of BJP Mon unit, Nyawang Konyak, have thanked all the voters of Mon district for their support towards the PDA consensus candidates. They have also expressed gratitude to P Paiwang Konyak, Noke Wangnao, Pohwang Konyak and Bongkhao Konyak for working towards the common goal.
They have also thanked the four NPF MLAs from Mon and seven MLAs from Eastern Nagaland and all their party members in general for their support to the PDA consensus candidate.
PDA Mon further reaffirmed their complete support to the State Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio, NDPP president Chingwang Konyak, State BJP president Temjen Imna Along.
