DIMAPUR — The Public College of Commerce (PCC), Dimapur, celebrated its 38th freshers’ day on November 6 at IMC Hall, Fellowship Colony, Dimapur, on the theme ‘Be the change', which was attended by Dr. Roland Lotha, a philanthropist, as the chief guest.
Speaking on the occasion, Lotha talked about the importance of living a quality life. According to a press release, he said that whether people live a long or short life on this planet, if they do not contribute to society, their lives are meaningless.
He gave examples of historical figures who had an impact on the lives of many people despite their brief existence on Earth. He also urged and encouraged the students to study hard and be disciplined in their lives in order to achieve whatever life goals they have set for themselves.
