PAWF opens its centre in Dimapur

Dimapur, Aug. 10: A well known fitness studio known by the name Performing Art with Fitness (PAWF) had opened its centre at 4th Mile, opposite Diphupar Police Station in Dimapur on Friday.

The PAWF fitness team started offering various fitness programmes since on October 2015 in Nagaland.

Founded by Talitemjen, master trainer of PAWF Nagaland certified by Strong by Zumba and Les Mills body combat, and Tainla Temjen, a certified Zumba fitness instructor, the fitness centre aims at giving world class experience to the people of Nagaland.

“We select people and then teach them. After the course ends, trainees are certified so that they can teach other people. We certify them so that they can also earn their living by doing what they love,” said Talitemjen.

He added that PAWF would soon be internationally certified and that several fitness GX studios would be opened in Dimapur in the near future.

PAWF centre offers an assortment of fitness services namely Zumba fitness, Strong by Zumba, PAWF hardcore, body balance, body combat, mix martial art workout, urban hip-hop, and Bollywood. The fitness services focus mainly on group exercises rather than individuals.

Classes will be conducted from Monday to Saturday except on second and fourth Saturdays, and it will commence on Aug. 13 Monday. Those interested in the fitness programme may visit the centre’s official website www.pawfnagaland.com.
