The institute’s controller of examination (COE), AG Samuel, told the students that politics, socio-economic life, society and many other areas need rebuilding and that it is possible with quality education. Everywhere in the world, educational institutions are considered to be the solutions to people’s problem, he added
“If you want to be the solution to people’s problem, you must be educated,” Samuel told the students. “Quality education is a result of inner driven quality which drives you to do well in life. But if you are influenced by outside forces than you are relying on others which is not the mantra for success,” he added.
The COE also appealed to the students to make right choices in life, saying, ‘There are three types of people in the world, first are those who bring happiness by finding solution to people’s problem, second are those whose absence makes other people happy and third category are those whose presence makes no difference. The choice is yours, he added.
Dean of Music department Dr. Vivee Peseyie, dean of Science department Dr. Thefuvilie Pieru and dean of Arts and Commerce Dr. Renchumi K Kuotsu gave away the awards to the students during the occasion.
