[dropcap]A[/dropcap]ccording to the writer’s record from the formation of full-fledged state of Nagaland 91963 – 2013), within these 50 years, 97 Naga elected leaders (parliamentarians) have died. During their time as public leaders, they have tirelessly worked hard for developmental works and contributed yeoman services. Their foot prints still exist. Therefore, it is earnestly appealed to all sundry, including the government of Nagaland to remember them as the state celebrates the Golden Jubilee of Statehood. Nagaland must humbly pray to the Almighty God for their souls to Rest in Peace (RIP). And also remember for their children so that Almighty God bestow blessing to the state of Nagaland. Writing their names will take big size. Therefore, in short, I give number in tribewise. Ao tribe – 21, Angami – 11, Chakhesang 10, Chang – 7, Konyak – 2, Khiamniungan – 1, Kuki – 1, Lotha – 8, Phom – 1, Puchury – 2, Rengma – 2, Sema – 13, Sangtam – 7, Yimchunger – 3, Zeliang – 4 and non-Naga – 3.
