PAG (A&E) Nagaland informs on pension cases

Dimapur, Jan. 28 (EMN): Office of the Principal Accounts General (PAG A&E) has informed all retired state government officers/officials that Pension cases and GPF Final Payment cases settled for the month of December 2021 have been uploaded on the website of PAG (A&E) Nagaland.                                                                                                                                                                               Pensioners may log on to this office website at www.cag.gov.in/ae/nagaland/en by clicking at GPF Final Payment Settled Cases and Pension Authorisation at Home page, an update from the senior accounts officer informed.

It said that a “Grievances Redressal and Feedback Committee for Entitlement Functions” has been constituted with Joseph K A, sr. accounts officer (9436216580/Email: agaenagaland@cag.gov.in) for pension-related matters, Ashim Kumar Dey, sr. accounts officer (9436434188/Email: agaenagaland@cag.gov.in) for loan-related matters, Arup Roy, sr. accounts officer (9436601437/Email: agaenagaland@cag.gov.in) for gazette entitlement-related  matters, Akum Chuba, sr. accounts officer (9436005112/Email: agaenagaland@cag.gov.in) for GPF-related matters, Shaji K, sr. accounts officer (8848574307/Email: agaenagaland@cag.gov.in) for gazetted entitlement-related matters.

Aggrieved pensioners or government officials facing genuine problems with regard to settlement of any entitlement benefits are reminded to write directly to Kahoto J Yepthomi, sr. deputy accountant general (A&E) via e-mail at yepthomikj@cag.gov.in or agaenagaland@cag.gov.in or through a handwritten letter.  They may also contact the Grievance Redressal and Feedback Committee, it read.

It further requested all heads of department to quote the employees Unique ID  numbers, which is  recorded in PIMS  while forwarding applications for Pension, GPF Final payment and Leave encashment documents.
