PAG (A&E) informs on GPF final payment cases

DIMAPUR — The Office of the Principal Accountant General (Accounts and Entitlements), Nagaland, has informed all retired state government officers and officials that pension cases and General Provident Fund (GPF) final payment cases settled for the month of April 2024 have been uploaded on its website.

According to a press release, pensioners may log on to this office’s website at cag.gov.in/ae/nagaland/en by clicking on “GPF Final Payment Settled Cases” and “Pension Authorization” on the homepage. It also informed all state government officials that a “Grievances Redressal and Feedback Committee for Entitlement Functions” has been constituted.

Pensioners or government officials encountering genuine issues concerning the settlement of entitlement benefits can directly reach out to Vivek Kumar Bhaskar, Senior Deputy Accountant General (A&E), via email at bhaskarvk@cag.gov.in or agaenagaland@cag.gov.in, or by sending a handwritten letter. Alternatively, they may also reach out to the Grievance Redressal and Feedback Committee.

All heads of departments have also been requested to include the employees’ unique ID numbers, as recorded in PIMS, when forwarding applications for pension, GPF final payment, and leave encashment documents.
