The vice-president PACSU, Tsuyiba Yim, in a press note , stated ‘the mandate of Yimchungrü community was not given to anyone to threaten the life of a tribal leader’ and the treatment meted out by Mukhe, who supposedly should be representing the tribe, is unbecoming and has even subjected to defamation of the given
