A section of the participants is seen the one-day hybrid international multidisciplinary conference at Oriental College in Kohima on October 17.

DIMAPUR — St. Anthony's College of Arts & Sciences for Women, Dindigul in Tamil Nadu, along with Oriental College, Kohima, and Bodhi International Journal of Research in Humanities, Arts & Science, have jointly organised a one-day hybrid international multidisciplinary conference on ‘Recent development in Social Sciences, Art and Science’ at Oriental College, Kohima, on October 17.

The conference was organised to bring together multiple fields of study by encouraging, collaboration, and using interdisciplinary strategies to tackle challenging problems in the global era.

An update from Oriental College stated that the resource persons of the conference including intellectuals from different areas shared on the driving change in a new era of global connectivity.

The inaugural address was delivered by Dr. Khriereizhünuo Dzüvichü Vasanth, principal of Oriental College, Kohima, while the vice principal (Academics), Dr. Kevizakielie Suokhrie, chaired the online-offline paper presentation session. The sessions concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Chibeni Murry, vice principal (Administration), at the valedictory programme.

It stated that scholars, researchers, professionals and academicians attended the conference in both offline and online mode. It added that the conference allowed the participants to present and publish their complete and original works on all disciplines in the reputed journal.
