I would like to inform your esteem Authority that life in Billy Graham Road, Kohima these days is like desert storm safari. Life and movement along the road has become too dusty and there is danger of vehicle collision due to poor visibility. Therefore, please instruct the concerned contractor to immediately start the work before the public starts agitation. In addition, water should be sprayed daily and paving/black topping must be done from edge to edge of the road. THANK YOU.
