Open football tourney from April 6

Dimapur, March 14 (EMN): The first Open Football Tournament organised by the Dimapur District Football Referee Association (DDFRA) will commence from April 6 till the 17th at the Dimapur District Sports Complex (DDSC) stadium. This was stated in a press note. The note also stated that the registration fee for the tournament is INR 3000. The champions and runners-up will walk home with a cash prize of INR 50000 and INR 25000 while the semi-finalists will receive INR 5000 each. There will also be prizes for the best player, custodian and defender. Forms will be available at the DDFRA office room no. 7 (DDSC stadium) and the last date of submission of forms is March 31.
