OnePlus Nord CE 3 will be powered by Snapdragon 782G chipset

OnePlus, a popular smartphone brand, is set to announce new devices during its Summer Launch event on July 5. One of the most anticipated devices on the list is the OnePlus Nord CE 3 smartphone.

The company revealed some details about the OnePlus Nord CE 3 through teaser images on its official website. According to the details on the website, the new OnePlus Nord CE 3 has officially been confirmed to feature the Snapdragon 782G chipset. The chipset features an octa-core processor with a clock speed of up to 2.7GHz and the Adreno 642L GPU, delivering a 10% performance boost compared to its predecessor. The Snapdragon 782G is expected to outperform the MediaTek Dimensity 900 found in the previous OnePlus Nord CE 2.

OnePlus has also introduced a striking blue colour option called ‘Aqua Surge’ for the OnePlus Nord CE 3. The design of the phone closely resembles its predecessor, featuring a triple camera setup at the back and a flat display with a punch-hole camera on the front.

The OnePlus Nord CE 3 will feature an AMOLED display with support for 120Hz refresh rate. The teaser images show that the device will come with a triple-camera setup. The phone may offer up to 12GB of RAM and come in two colour options, Grey Shimmer and Aqua Surge. It will likely run OxygenOS 13.1 based on Android 13 and have a 5,000mAh battery with 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging technology.
