Mokokchung, Aug. 25 (EMN): One Covid-19 patient at Covid Care Centre in Mokokchung recovered while two fresh positive cases were detected from a quarantine centre on August 25.
A patient from Covid Care Centre, Mokokchung, recovered from the virus on August 23. It was also reported that the two positive cases were detected from the Multi-sports Complex quarantine centre on Tuesday.
In this connection, the deputy commissioner of Mokokchung Limawabang Jamir has declared the Multi-sports Complex quarantine centre as containment zone with immediate effect in the larger interest of public health and safety.
According to the update from the department of Health and Family Welfare, there are two active cases, with 18 recoveries as of August 25.
