Official Statement on the Non Release of Scholarship
Clarification or rectifications process has elapsed, its time for justification’ by the department of the unwanted acts for the delay and the installment basis of the scholarships.
The apathy of the Higher Education department towards the earnest plea of the students for their due rights of scholarships is questionable and against the principle ethics and blatant dearrangement of their official duties.
The objectives of scholarships is to provide financial assistance to the students to manage their educational requirements and the very denying of it added by installment basis which is a first of a kind by any state in our country is pathetic and bear signs of inefficient and unaccountability of the dept.
It is a clear violation of the provisions and encroachment on the genuine rights of the students, which scholarship is reserved to cater fiduciary matters of their academic investment. The central ministry duly sanction amount on due time as it is a centrally sponsored schemes and the delay of releasing scholarship is evidently a procedural lapses and negative system of the machinery .when the neighboring states have duly disbursed scholarship within the stipulated time, the continuous trade of delaying scholarships been practice on the students rights as a playground despite repeated appeals and diplomatic reach-out by the various entities. The push has come into shove and the Federation’ will not allow this unethical practices to continue and therefore will battle if it persists.
The abnormalities in the system added by lapses of the helm of affairs to the students they so called claim the future of tomorrow is hypocrisy of their official obligations. The youths are tired and frustrated of complacency and unaccountability .it is an era where we are all aware of our rights which the dept has long ignored and the ignorance will land in trouble before the authority.
The divisive duties should not trampled fundamental rights of the students. Diplomatic channel is always open but shall it fail, the Federation’ assured though lacking in manpower shall seek the arms of justice where justice is served and defaulter reprimanded.
‘Non furnishment of Utilization certificate of Rs 1344.00 lakhs to the ministry of tribal affairs will make sense to the dept’.
Released the scholarship fully within 7 days without delay or face the law before appropriate arbitrator. If any students/entities want to pursue their rights and remedy, kindly contact any executives of the federation.
