OATT and MTABCM initiate healing prayer for fire victims

MOKOKCHUNG — The Ongpangkong Arogo Tenzuker Telungjem (OATT) and Mokokchung Town Ao Baptist Churches Mission (MTABCM), a confluence of 31 churches and 2 fellowships, today congregated at Mokokchung Municipal Council (MMC) shopping complex to provide spiritual support and healing prayer for the victims of fire incident, the worst fire incident recorded in Mokokchung which has devastated 62 shops.

The prayer service was also attended by the unfortunate victims of the fire incident, whose investment were reduced to ashes.

MTABCM secretary and pastor of Ngati Baptist Church, Sentiyanger, while sympathising with the victims, stated that one cannot fathom the sorrow and anguish the unfortunate victims are undergoing. He, however, stated that they would prevail because there is hope and love.

After the solemn programme and mass prayer, OATT also handed over more than INR 7 lakh collected from the churches.
