NVFA cancels inter-district tournament

DIMAPUR — Nagaland Veterans Football Association (NVFA) informed that the proposed 11th edition of the Nagaland veterans inter-district football scheduled from November 27 to the 30 for this year has been cancelled.

While expressing regret for the inconveniences, it looked forward for cooperation in the days to come.

Meanwhile, the association a called a general body meeting with two representatives from each district association on November 18 at Hotel Bayou, opposite Kohima War Cemetery at 11 am. It further informed that any district association willing to host the tournament could submit the proposal on or before the meeting.
