NU postpones undergraduate exams, new schedule to be notified

Kohima, Nov. 13 (EMN): Nagaland University has postponed the under-graduate odd-semester examinations for 1st, 3rd, and 5th semesters which was earlier scheduled to be held from December 7, 2020.
In an office memorandum issued by the controller of examinations, Dr. Maongsangba, on November 13 stated that the new development is ‘in compliance with a letter from the state government (Higher and Technical Education) letter on November 12 and in view of the prevailing situation due to the spread of the coronavirus in the state’.
The university has informed that the new schedule will be notified in due course of time.
It may be mentioned that the university had earlier fixed a tentative date for undergraduate examinations—Bachelor of Arts (BA)/ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc)/ Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com)/ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)— on December 7.
