NTS invites entries for 12th Music Awards of Nagaland

Dimapur, Aug. 14 (EMN): The Native Trax Society (NTS) has invited entries for nomination of 12th edition of the Music Awards of Nagaland (MAN).

An update issued on Aug. 14 informed that artists, recording studios, producers or their representatives are invited to submit original compositions recorded within Nagaland and released after October 1, 2019 till date.  

‘In spite of the difficulties caused by the current pandemic, NTS is going ahead with the annual Music Awards of Nagaland (MAN) as we believe that during this trying and uncertain period, it is even more imperative to honour and show our appreciation and support towards our musicians and those within the local music industry,’ the update informed.

The event is being organised in association with MW Enterprises.

Forms and rules can be downloaded from August 15, 2020 onwards from the Music Awards of Nagaland Facebook page. No entry fees would be charged while all entries are requested to be submitted either by email to musicanagaland@gmail.com or WhatsApp to7005251186.

Artistes or bands who wish to enter more than one song or category will have to submit separate entry forms for each. However, there will be a limit of a maximum of three entries per artiste/ band, the update further informed.

Each entry must include:

i. A signed and filled up entry form.

ii. An Audio song /music video (or the audio/video link)

iii. Lyrics in MSWord or text document format (Entries in Hindi/ local dialects should include an English translation)

iv. Artist/band profile (MSWord or text document format) with a photograph.
