NTA releases UGC-NET 2020 answer key; candidates can now check question papers

Dimapur, Nov. 6 (EMN): The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the answer key for UGC NET 2020 on its website, enabling the candidates to check the question papers.

NTA informed that question papers, marked responses of each candidate and the provisional answer keys for 55 NET subjects (English and Commerce in 2 shifts) conducted between September 24 and October 17 will be made available on its website.

It stated that candidates can challenge the answer keys online, if there are any objections, with supporting evidence from November 5 to the 7th. For the challenge, candidates are required to pay a processing fee of INR 1000 per answer challenged, adding that the fee would be refunded if the challenge is found to be correct upon verification by experts.

It added that payment should be made online through payment gateway using debit or credit card, net banking. No challenge would be considered without receipt of the processing fee, it stated.

To download the answer key, candidates should follow simple steps given below:

• Visit the official site of UGC NET.

• Click on UGC NET Answer Key 2020 link available on the home page.

• A new page will open where candidates will have to enter the login details.

• Your answer key would be displayed on the screen.

• Check the answer key and download it.

The UGC NET 2020 examination started on September 24 and will end on November 13. NTA has also released the hall tickets for the November examinations on October 29. Candidates can download the hall ticket and fetch more related details on the official site of UGC NET.
