NSF Martyrs’ Memorial Trophy: Billy Graham, Bandits, Asüfü win

Kohima, Oct. 13 (EMN): Billy Graham FC, Bandits FC Kohima and Asufü CI Manipur are through to the next round at the ongoing 21st NSF Martyrs’ Memorial Trophy 2021 at IG stadium Kohima.

In the first match, Billy Graham FC beat Seiyhazou Hilll Boys by a solitary goal, coming through the boots of Mhasilietuo Yhome in the 41st minute of the game.

In the second match, Bandits FC Kohima won against Wokha Town Club 4-3 in a penalty shootout after both ended in a 2-2 draw during the stipulated allotted time. 

Earlier, Khiti Kath and Seyievituo Mere scored each goal for Bandits Kohima while Hatsabemo Ezung scored both the goals for Wokha town.

In the third match, Adani Atheüzio scored for Asufü CI, Manipur in the 27th minute, while Mezizoto Tetso equalised the score for Jakhama YO in the 41st minute respectively.

During the tiebreak, Asufü defeated Jakhama by 5-3 to move to the next round.
